Cancellation Policy

Nauti By Nature Charters Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy At Nauti By Nature Charters, each charter is a private experience reserved exclusively for your group. Because your selected date and time are held specifically for you and cannot be offered to another customer, full payment is required at the time of booking. Payment & Reservation 100% payment is required when your reservation is made. Your charter date and time are confirmed once payment has been received. Customer Cancellations More than 14 days before your charter: You may cancel your reservation and receive a full refund of the amount paid. 7–14 days before your charter: Payments are non-refundable. However, you may request one complimentary reschedule, subject to availability. The rescheduled charter must take place during the same boating season. Less than 7 days before your charter: Payments are non-refundable. A reschedule may be offered at the discretion of Nauti By Nature Charters and is subject to availability. Within 24 hours of departure or no-show: No refunds or rescheduling will be provided for cancellations within 24 hours of departure, failure to arrive, or arriving too late to complete the scheduled charter. Weather & Unsafe Conditions The safety of our guests and crew is our highest priority. Nauti By Nature Charters reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify a charter when weather, water conditions, or other circumstances create an unsafe operating environment. If Nauti By Nature Charters cancels a charter because conditions are determined to be unsafe, the customer may choose either: A full refund of all amounts paid, or One complimentary rescheduling to an available date during the same boating season. A charter will not be cancelled solely because of rain, clouds, cooler temperatures, or a less-than-ideal forecast. The final decision regarding safe operation rests with the captain. Mechanical or Operational Issues We make every reasonable effort to maintain the vessel and ensure it is ready for each scheduled charter. However, unforeseen mechanical or operational issues can occasionally occur. If Nauti By Nature Charters is unable to provide your scheduled charter because of a mechanical failure or other operational issue, the customer will receive either: A full refund of all amounts paid, or One complimentary rescheduling to an available date during the same boating season.
